Meet the Leadership Team
Jared Beke
​
Treasurer
Jared has spent his career in finance, working for a Fortune 500 financial services firm, holding a variety of positions from specialist to financial advisor. He has obtained his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, and is attuned to listening to the needs of others to develop a roadmap. Jared spent time in the Boy Scouts in his youth, and enjoys helping those in need in the community. Jared is a graduate of Cook College, Rutgers University.
Marshall Carroll
President
A career educator, Marshall has worked in roles ranging from administrator to teacher to librarian in schools as varied as an urban charter school to a New England boarding school. Outside of the classroom, Marshall is a wrestling coach, and has led student trips to Ireland, Poland, and the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in South Dakota. An Eagle Scout, Marshall embodies a strong passion for service, and has volunteered with organizations such as the Special Olympics and Simply Smiles. Marshall is a graduate of Rutgers University and Columbia University.
Brian Joy

Secretary
Brian has dedicated his professional life to assisting the most vulnerable members of society, fostering relationships and collaborating with community social organizations to connect those most in need with necessary resources to become productive members of their respective communities. In turn, through this assistance, these community members are inspired to pay it forward and teach others with similar plights how to overcome and become productive members of the community as well. Brian is a graduate of Rutgers University and Widener School of Law.
